Established in 1951 Alastair
Reid Guildtown Garage began as a small rural workshop
and petrol station run by Alastair and Jean Reid, parents of
the current owner Sandy Reid. In 1983 Alastair Reid Guildtown
Garage was selected by BOSCH as
sole service agent for Perthshire.
Increasing workload and customer base necessitated a move in 1994 to a
more central workshop behind St Catherines Retail Park in Perth. In 2004
relocating to a more highly visable prime location within easy walking
distance of Perth city centre with an increased workforce to include an ENGINEER offering
a wider range of services including cylinder head machining, cylinder head
repair and light engineering.
Alastair Reid Garages have seen many years of progress and change but is
committed to customer service, satisfaction and all round good value for
money the same today as it did when it started as a family business back
in 1951. |
